MXB is specialized in manufacturing Deep Groove Ball Bearings. Other products available are: related Non-Standard Bearings, Outer Spherical-Surface Bearings and Cold Rolled Bearing Steel Pipes. MXB provides bearings for many famous users all over the world. MXB bearings are widely used in different fields such as automobile industry, engineering machine, household appliance industry, metallurgical equipment, machine tool, generally used machine components and agricultural machine and so on. Since 2000, MXB has kept cooperation with Luoyang Bearing Research Institute (China national grade bearing R&D organization) to jointly research into and develop the low noise high precision bearings, and gained many successes on product technology advancement. MXB has equipped with advanced bearing machining equipments, involving in technology of forging, refining, cold rolling, heat treating, grinding, washing, assembling, such as Germany Cold Rolling Expansion, France Rolling Mill, Punch Plant and so on. All these equipments adopt digital servo-control system, accompany with automated inspection checking system for grinding of inter/outer rings automatically, therefore, which greatly improve the product quality stability and reliability.
Test Centre
MXB has 40 sets of automatic bearing flow lines at a high-level made both made at home and abroad, and MXB also has systemic and perfect quality inspection equipments to enforce the quality control effort, such as Roundness Measuring Instrument, Laser Roughness Profilometer, Andrew Vibration Inspection Equipment and so on. All these equipments provide comprehensive, detailed, precise inspecting and producing data, which is the first-hand research material for the company to improve the technology, and to make the theoretical analysis of assuring the good performance of the bearings possible.
